Godbey is an American illustrator that lives and works in South Carolina working for Portland Studios. The work he creates is a great blend of line work, ink washes and digital color comp overlays. He not only works in illustration, but also does animation for Portand studios. He has several documented stages of his illustrations on his blog which are really helpful. His blog is here.
