Stendahl is an illustrator, graphic designer, and writer that attended University of Missouri and received an MAin English at the University of Minnesota. She owns her own design company called Dapper Design mainly designing college textbooks and magazines. Stendahl also teaches classes in writing, literature, book arts, etc. I came across her work in the book An Illustrated Life by Danny Gregory where her visual journal illustrations are collected.
